[ And they make Tyr smile, unable to hide how glad he is that the trade worked. Surprised? Not really. Just happy. He doesn't move from his spot, though he does relax. ] I'm glad...

Oh--y-yes, I--I just don't understand how, but-

[He hadn't realized it immediately, not until something startled him and made his heart pound. And now, it's both so strange and amazing that he can feel the beating under his hand, the warm blood pulsing in his veins. Really, he has no idea how to react to this all of a sudden!

So he does the only thing he's used to doing and, despite his obvious daze, turns his focus to Tyr.] I'm sorry, Young Master--more importantly, how are you feeling this morning?

[ He wonders if Gremio can notice there's a difference between the him today and the one yesterday. He didn't notice anything when he saw himself in the mirror this morning, but...maybe he's different.

He lies. ] Not bad... Not much different than usual.

--So what's for breakfast?

[And he thinks that...maybe something is off, although he can't quite put his finger on it. Still, perhaps Tyr will feel better after he's had some breakfast--which Gremio should be making for him instead of standing around in a stupor!]

Oh, that's right! I thought I would make pancakes, but is that acceptable?

[And because he's a little worried-] Did you sleep all right, Young Master?

[ Tyr isn't even feeling hungry. He vaguely remembered that was the case with Gremio forgot who he was before. He'll try to be truthful; it's hard for Tyr keep lying to him. ]

It was a little harder than usual... It wasn't terrible, but...

[ He waves a hand. ] Make whatever you want.

[And Gremio goes off and starts fretting again. He can't worry about any strangeness occurring around himself when Tyr isn't perfectly comfortable!]

Oh, no, that simply won't do! Was the temperature of the room all right? Were there any noises keeping you awake?

[He's more interested in ensuring Tyr's well-being than making breakfast right this moment, although he hasn't forgotten. Pancakes it'll be, then...]

[ He hopes Gremio doesn't have a heart attack now... He walks over to Gremio in hopes that the closeness will ease him. He's in his pajamas still, his hands bare, or he'd take hold of Gremio. ]

It was all fine. It was just a...busy night. Restless. It won't last.

[Perhaps luckily, Gremio's worries are somewhat eased. It's enough that he doesn't make any contact with Tyr himself, and he allows himself to begin thinking about breakfast again despite his lingering concern.

...He still thinks Tyr isn't entirely himself, but...he won't force the issue.]

I...I see. I'm certain you were busy with something important, but please don't forget to take care of yourself, too.

[ That makes Tyr smile a bit. He feels like he's lying when he says: ] I won't.

The business is over now, though. [ He lets himself walk past Gremio, to take a seat at the table. ] We can relax now.

[Gremio watches him for assurance that Tyr is--mostly--all right.]

I'm glad, Young Master. Then please do take it easy today, if you may.

[He believes Tyr though, of course, so now his master surely needs a large breakfast after all of his hard work! Now Gremio sets about making those pancakes.]

[ Tyr nods and relaxes at the table, resting his head on his hand. He wants to stop acting like this, but... ]

Thanks. ...Maybe I'll stay in for today.

That's a good idea. [For Tyr to get better!] I'll help ensure that you have a relaxing day, Young Master!

[It seems like those pancakes are ready in no time--he's had no trouble since that amnesia curse. Out of habit, Gremio sets a large stack in front of Tyr and has only a single one himself. Up until now, he's only been eating to retain some normalcy, after all.]

Here you are, Young Master. Would you like anything else?

[ ...Oh dear. Tyr looks at that stack and wonders if he can really eat it all. Usually he could - it helps to be permanently stuck as a growing boy - but he...had no appetite. ]

No, this is more than enough, Gremio...

[ uh uhhhh ] You should eat more than just one pancake yourself, though. [ He stands up in his seat. ] You can have some of mine.

But--Y-Young Master-! [...Oh, is that his stomach growling? Suddenly he realizes he is indeed hungry. So it's not just his heartbeat that's returned...]

Ah...thank you...But are you certain? I can prepare some more for you!

[ He shakes his head and goes ahead in giving them both an equal amount of pancakes. There's something nice in knowing Gremio is hungry. It makes him laugh a little when he responds. ]

It's fine. I'm not that hungry this morning, unlike you.

[He's a little embarrassed, although he can't help but feel a little wondrous, too--he really is alive again. That, and he's always pleased to see Tyr in a good mood.]

Thank you. I-I hadn't realized I would have such an appetite today.

[ Gremio being hungry - so magical. Tyr is certainly in the best mood. ]

You haven't eaten much these past few months; it's not hard to imagine you would be hungry.

[ Tyr takes the opposite seat again to sit down to his breakfast. ]

[And as long as Tyr is in the best mood, Gremio worries less that he might be unwell!]

Ah, you're right. It's...it's quite amazing, really...

[He shakes his head in wonder, and then smiles happily at Tyr.]

Well then, shall we eat, Young Master?

You're going to need to get used to it again.

[ There's never anything to worry about. It'll just be two months; that's not long at all. ]

Yeah, let's.

[ happy happy eating time!! ]

[Oh, but if Gremio knew, there would be much worrying!]

Do you think it will last longer than today, Young Master?

[He's not being pessimistic--he just has no idea what to expect now.]

[ Thankfully, he doesn't yet. Tyr looks up at him with a smile. ] I'm sure it will. Just take care of yourself, Gremio.

[ Slowly eating his pancakes... ]

[Eventually...! And Gremio smiles back brightly.] Yes, Young Master!

[Gremio also eats slowly, having not forgotten his manners, so he's able to still focus on Tyr. He's still a little worried...] Are you feeling all right?

I'm fine... [ He was slower in responding. The pancakes are great. ...he thinks. He can't quite taste them that well.

He wonders if it's better to tell Gremio or let him find out. Really wonders. ] ...Don't worry so much.

[Even with Tyr telling him that, there's no stopping the concern that clouds Gremio's eyes.] Well...Please make sure to get plenty of rest today, all right?

...I will.

[ He can tell how Gremio is feeling, that he isn't being helpful at all. ]
