A-ah...I didn't finish all of the laundry...The kitchen needs to be swept, too...

[It's the hushed voice of a young man, sounding both longing and peaceful. Gremio, sitting against the side of a building near the fountain, doesn't register the change in scenery quite immediately. But several seconds later...]

E-eh? C-could this be-?

[He's not sure what he expected to see upon dying, but this...probably wasn't it.]

[Gremio would be happy to bring him up to speed~] Remove the leaves, which go into the stew. It's a good idea to chop them smaller, too, since they can be a little tough.

[ He nods. ] Do you always put it in your stew? [ He doesn't remember tough little leaves! ]

Not always, Young Master! It really depends on what other flavours you have, although I do use this one quite often. [He holds a sprig in front of Tyr's face, so he can smell it.]

[ For a second, Tyr is confused for what in the world Gremio is doing, but then he gets it. Oh, he recognises it now, even if it's only the smell. ]

Ah, this stuff... I remember now... It goes well with beef, right? [ Because that's what Tyr wants today. ]

That's right! So we should also get some beef for tonight, shouldn't we? [Good thing Gremio was planning on it!]

[ Tyr has declared today to be the best day ever. ]

Yeah. [ Got everything we need? Totally. ] I know where the butcher is in here. They have some of the best stuff.

[Aw~ Gremio says every day serving Tyr is the best!]

[They probably have just about everything, so!] Excellent! Then please lead the way, Young Master, and we'll pick up as much as you like!

[ This if the first day of the best time ever! ]

[ Leeeading the way. ] How much beef do you want to cook, Gremio? You could get really busy...

[Ever and ever! :D]

[And happily following~] However much you would like to eat, Young Master! ...Oh, and enough for the others, of course.

--Of course. [ Now it was Tyr's turn to forget his roomates. ] ... It'd help if we knew what we were going to do with it... Maybe just enough for today and tomorrow for now. As long as this isn't too far for you to walk, anyway.

[As long as one of them remembers!] No, this is perfectly acceptable! Not to worry. Since we're also getting ingredients for pie, perhaps I'll use the remainder in meat pies.

[ Yep. It'll be a bad day when they come home and they both completely forgot the others... ] That sounds great. What should we put in them? Beef for that, too?

[Yes...Though at this rate, it could happen...] It would be a good use for any leftover beef we don't need for the stew. How does beef and mushroom sound to you, Young Master?

[ Sob, really now. ] Delicious. [ Anything Gremio makes would be, especially right now. ] ... Will it be sweet if you use the same dough, though?

[Poor Luc and Riou, left to starve!]

Then that will take of tomorrow's meal! [Planning ahead makes him happy~!] I will make separate ones for each pie, but even desserts don't require much sugar in the dough. The best feature of any dough, whether the pie is sweet or savoury, is the flakiness and richness of the crust!

[ That's when Tyr decides to live with just Gremio... ]

[ Gremio, you are so cheerful. It's amazing. Tyr nods. ] I guess you're right. Your cakes always taste good anyway, so...

[All part of the plan! ...It's a good thing Gremio isn't yandere...]

[And he smiiiles right back.] Th-that's wonderful to hear, Young Master! I'll ensure that this meal is to your liking as well!

[ Yep... If he was, though, things would get dangerous. :< ]

[ And it wouldn't even been hard to pull off... ]

And you do. [ Patting Gremio's back ] ... I'm really glad you're here...

[Sadly it wouldn't...Tyr wouldn't suspect a thing. :<]

[Aw. Gremio smiles warmly at Tyr, resisting the urge to--Oh, no, he's not going to hold back from giving Tyr a sudden hug after all.] Y-Young Master...I, too, am grateful to be by your side.

[ Not at all... Tyr would only be suspicious if he could never go out. :< ]

[ ksdfk It's been so long since Gremio has given him a hug. In the middle of the market, no less! Tyr returns the hug awkwardly, but doesn't pull away too quickly. ] I'll be more grateful if you could be by my side without the whole City seeing...

[And even then, as long as Gremio's really fretty about it, he might think something just spooked him!]

[Gremio got in enough of an affectionate bear hug that he's just fine to let Tyr pull away. Really, all that joy about being here--and eventually returning to life, it would seem--had to spill over at some point!] There's no need to be embarrassed, Young Master.

[ Which is exactly why Gremio got a good hug in this time. Tyr takes a step back. ] Need and want are two separate things...

[Gremio would sort of succeed in getting Tyr's attention, at least...]

[Gremio gives Tyr his space again, though he smiles brightly. This just means more hugs will come at home.] Well then, I wouldn't want to embarrass you any further, Young Master. Let us finish our shopping and return home!
